I had a good experience using payless.com. The pages loaded fast, and I was able to find my size without clicking around forever, which I really appreciated. Checkout was simple too, no weird steps or confusing stuff. The filters actually helped a lot! Overall, just an easy website to shop on

"Finally found my size without the hassle"
My snap judgment was that everything would be sold out like usual, but Payless actually had the sizes I needed in a few different shoes. Checkout was quick and easy too, which was a nice bonus. Refreshing not to hit a wall with out-of-stock sizes for once

I accidentally ordered the wrong shoe size, which somehow felt like a full-blown crisis at the time. The exchange process online was actually simple and easy to follow, so that part was fine. The only thing that made me dramatic was waiting for the refund email, it took a few days longer than I expected and I was checking my inbox like it was breaking news. Customer service did help when I reached out, so I can’t complain too much. Not a perfect experience, but I’d still order from Payless again.

"Solid deal for basic everyday shoes"
I picked up a couple pairs here for a lot less than I thought I’d spend. They’re not top-tier quality or anything, but for the price, I think they’re worth it. Shipping was fine too. If you just need simple everyday shoes and don’t want to overpay, this is a good option.

I’ve been browsing payless.com for everyday shoes, the style selection seemed good to me. I mostly looked at flats and casual sneakers, and there were more options than I thought there would be, though maybe I just wasn’t expecting much going in.
A few of the styles I liked didn’t have my size, which was a little frustrating. Still, I found a couple cute pairs and the site was easy enough to look through, so I’d probably give it 4 stars.

"Super comfy flats for everyday stuff"
I grabbed a pair of flats from payless.com, i was kind of surprised by how comfortable they are. Like, I wore them through a full workday, walking around and being on my feet, and my feet weren’t aching by the end like they usually are.

Shipping was totally fine, nothing special, but no issues either. The shoes fit well, feel soft, and they’re just easy to wear. Yeah, I’d definitely buy them again.

I ordered some shoes from Payless, the delivery was reliable!! I got the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up on the exact day they said it would... so that was nice!!! The box was a little beat up when it arrived, which wasn’t great, but the shoes were totally fine inside. Not a perfect experience or anything, but definitely not a big deal!! I’d order again, especially if I’m not in some huge rush!!!
